Hi, I’m Belinda, a life coach, online yoga instructor, and activewear enthusiast, passionate about helping women, especially working mums, find balance and wellness in their busy lives.

Originally from sunny Australia, I made Ireland my home 8 years ago, settling in beautiful Meath with my wonderful husband and our son. Life has certainly been a journey, and like many of you, I’ve juggled career, family, and finding time for myself. That’s why I’m dedicated to supporting women, particularly working mums, who are navigating similar paths.

I’m easy-going yet focused and committed to helping you achieve your personal wellness goals. Whether it’s through tailored life coaching sessions, energizing yoga flows, or my handpicked range of activewear designed for busy, empowered women like you, I’m here to support every step of your journey.

Why did i choose life coaching

A life coach helps individuals identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans to achieve personal and professional success. A bit about me and why

 
 

I am a Mum and I have worked in business development and marketing in the corporate world for over 20 years, living in various countries. I have drawn upon my life experiences to date to create a brand that relates to women all over the world to help find their passion and balance.

 

At 38 I started on my wellness and spiritual journey and became a qualified life coach, PT, yoga teacher & Fitness/Spin/Kettlebell instructor. At 41 I created BMR Active with the mission to empower, inspire and motivate women through wellness mechanisms.
