RETURNS POLICY  

At BMR Active, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make sure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Please read the following terms to understand how our returns process works.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items from your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging.

  • Activewear items (sports bras, leggings, etc.) must be tried on over underwear for hygiene purposes.

  • The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please Note: We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at bmractive@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorisation: We will send you a return authorisation and further instructions on how to send back your items.

  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring they are in their unused and original condition. Include the return authorisation inside the package.

  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will cover the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees.

Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order through our website.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bmractive@gmail.com. We will gladly provide a return label for the defective item and issue a full refund, including any shipping fees. Please include a photo of the damaged or defective item to help us process your return quickly.

7. Sale or Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with a discount are eligible for return under the same terms as full-price items. However, please be aware that items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return or refund.

8. International Returns

For customers outside of the Ireland, the return process is the same, but you are responsible for return shipping costs. International customers are also responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with returning items.
